Enrollment Policy Acknowledgment

I understand that my selected training format is final after submission. If I request to change from In-Class to Hybrid, or from Hybrid to In-Class, I may be required to restart the registration process, pay any tuition difference, and pay an administrative change fee or penalty. I understand that changes are not guaranteed and must be approved by Jireh Healthcare Institute.

I also understand that I am required to complete my course within the designated course duration. If I fail to complete the course within the required timeframe, my course access may be locked. I understand that a $100 reopening fee will be required to restore access and continue the course. I also understand that reopening access is subject to approval by Jireh Healthcare Institute.
