General Payment Terms
- I understand that submitting payment does not guarantee admission, enrollment approval, seat confirmation, certification, course completion, clinical placement, license renewal, or reciprocity approval.
- I understand that Jireh Healthcare Institute must review my registration, confirm class availability, verify payment, and review any required documents before my enrollment or service request is finalized.
- I understand that once payment is received for CPR, First Aid, BLS, ACLS, CMT, or other short training classes, no refunds will be issued. However, if I am unable to attend due to an emergency, I may request to reschedule one time within 30 days of the original class date.
- I understand that registration fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
- I understand that students are responsible for any additional third-party costs, including but not limited to physical exam, fingerprinting/background check, State Board exam, license fees, application fees, and other fees required by outside agencies.
- I confirm that I have selected the correct course or service and understand the payment terms before proceeding.
CNA-1 Refund Policy & Payment Plan
Both options include the same core CNA instruction. The Career-Ready Package adds the training, preparation, supplies and career-support services specifically listed above.
Selected option: CNA Career-Ready Package ($1,500). Third-party expenses, including physical examinations, uniforms, textbooks, fingerprinting/background checks, State Board examination fees and licensing fees, are not included.
- I understand that tuition for my selected CNA option is $1,500 and the program duration is 4 weeks.
- I understand that after 4 weeks, if I need additional time to continue the program, I may be charged an additional monthly fee of $100, up to 6 months. After a 6-month extension period, I understand that I may be terminated from the program without refund.
- I understand that all registration fees are non-refundable.
- I understand that I may receive a full refund of tuition if I withdraw from the school within 7 calendar days after registration.
- I understand that after the 7-day cancellation period has expired and instruction has begun, any tuition refund will be based on the proportion of the total program taught by the date of withdrawal or termination.
- Less than 10% taught: 90% refund
- 10% up to but not including 20% taught: 80% refund
- 20% up to but not including 30% taught: 60% refund
- 30% up to but not including 40% taught: 40% refund
- 40% up to 50% taught: 20% refund
- More than 50% taught: No refund
- I understand that any refund due will be based on the date of withdrawal or termination and will be paid within 60 days from the date of withdrawal or termination. I understand that the date of withdrawal or termination is the last date of attendance.
